Holmbush House

We are delighted to introduce this new and romantic location Holmbush House in Hellingly.

With it’s Georgian frontage and restored Tudor rear aspect, it is a versatile location and will be suitable for many types of Period Drama photo shoots, commercials and feature films.

Production Managers should note that there is extremely comfortable accommodation ‘on site’ for senior members of the cast & crew and there is plenty of parking for Unit Vehicles.

Holmbush House in Hellingly is a substantial Grade II listed Georgian country house built around 1720 on Tudor origins and is set in three acres of gardens and ancient sweet chestnut trees. It is in an enviable position overlooking the Cuckmere Valley and provides excellent Camera Positions for filming the magnificent South Downs. Spacious and elegant bedrooms feature antique furniture, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and en suite bathrooms.

Production Designers and Art Directors will very much appreciate the original interiors.

Actors will greatly enjoy relaxing at Holmbush on ‘Hotel Call’ whilst being very close to where filming is taking place.

Accessed via the entrance to Wellshurst Golf Club on the A267 Horam to Eastbourne road, Holmbush House is easy to find.
