Situated just over an hour from London and 30 minutes from Oxford the stately home and surrounding areas of Great Tew provide an impressive setting for a wide variety of film work, from television series, one-off documentaries, music videos to photo shoots Great Tew has welcomed a variety of different productions. The Crown, Grantchester and Women in Black 2 are just a few of the shows that have been filmed on the estate.
The list of possible locations is endless, with many areas containing interesting and unique features – woodland and ancient tracks, a hidden Iron stone Quarry, and a historic manor house that just oozes potential. Great Tew offers a wide variety of locations but also a private, peaceful environment in which to work.
