Childerley Hall and Gardens

We are delighted to introduce this fantastic new location Childerley Hall and Gardens. Sixty years of love and hard work by the Jenkins family have created four acres of romantic gardens, renowned for its old-fashioned roses, majestic lawns, elegant lake and restored Jacobean chapel. The Hall is steeped in history having been the site of the detainment of King Charles I.

The mystical charm and wonder that Childerley holds means that Childerley provides the perfect setting for Period Drama productions and a wonderful backdrop for commercial shoots and brochures.

At the heart of the Estate is a 19th century Long Barn which is an interesting location in it’s own right and a good base for filming the beautiful surrounding gardens and landscapes. There is plenty of room for parking Unit Vehicles which makes Childerley Hall the perfect Production HQ when filming in this beautiful part of Cambridgeshire. Situated 8 miles west of Cambridge and with excellent transport links to London and Stansted Airport, Childerley Hall really needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
