Drishane House

Set in 18 acres of parkland with wonderful camera positions this beautiful new location Drishane House is situated in a fantastic coastal position very near to the town of Skibereen where the new West Cork Film Studios are shortly to be opening.

Drishane House has already been featured in an episode of Lords and Ladles and in an RTE 30 minute film called the Yellow Bird. It has also had a commercial shoot for UNESCO take place in the blue bedroom (photo on below). The owners are very happy to host more productions.

Drishane House would be highly suitable for many types of Period Drama, TV Commercials and a wonderful backdrop for photo shoots.

Not only are there great opportunities for filming outside with some ancient and unusual trees in the well kept gardens, Art Directors and Production Designers will love the atmospheric interior of Drishane House as well.

Production Managers will be pleased to learn that there is plenty of parking for Unit Vehicles and comfortable accommodation in Drishane House itself with three cottages available to rent as well.

This means actors can relax between takes whilst being very close to where filming is taking place.

This makes Drishane House the perfect Production HQ when filming in other parts of West Cork.

Drishane House really needs to be visited to be fully appreciated so for all filming enquiries and to organise a recce, please contact:
